Shipping policy

Yes we ship for free to New Zealand and Australian addresses: But keep in mind the shipping timeframes below:

Please allow 1 business day for processing the order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We ship our orders every weekday. Our couriers are targeted, for overnight deliveries in New Zealand. Rural will require a extra days.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 days. For Australian orders allow up to 8 working days.

As soon as your order is packed and dispatched we will send an email to the address registered on your account. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier provider and instructions on how you can track your order. Please allow at least 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.

For orders taking longer than expected to arrive:

  1. Check any confirmation correspondence from the postal company in your inbox or junk folder
  2. Identify tracking status and updates.
  3. Check delivery details are correct
  4. Check for any correspondence left by couriers – delivery cards or phonecalls.
  5. Check any safe areas that a courier may have left your package around your property. In letterboxes, behind gates, under outdoor furniture – generally in the vicinity of your front door.
